Chicago Federal Court Stays Busy Amid Judge Shortage

Law360 (July 11, 2018, 10:17 PM EDT) -- The Northern District of Illinois remained the nation’s busiest bankruptcy court and saw an increase in criminal cases last year, with the boom happening while the court navigates a series of judicial vacancies, the courthouse said in a release Wednesday.
