Del. Judge 'Unlikely' To Halt True Health Medicare Payments

Law360, Wilmington (September 10, 2019, 1:05 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge described as “unlikely” the U.S. Department of Justice's prospects for getting a halt to his recent order to restart Medicare payments to bankrupt True Health Diagnostics LLC, but said Tuesday he would allow full briefings on the issue.

During a hearing in Wilmington, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John Dorsey also said the DOJ has the option of appealing to the U.S. District Court for Delaware, although the order, issued on Aug. 29, remains in effect.
