Laser Co. Beats Ex-CEO's Attempt To Dismiss Ch. 11

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 8:59 PM EST) -- An Oregon federal bankruptcy judge on Wednesday declined to dismiss the Chapter 11 case of laser manufacturer Deep Photonics Corp., stifling a bid from the company’s former CEO and others, who had claimed the company was trying to avoid a Delaware state court default judgment related to its $75 million trade secrets suit.
