Law360, Wilmington (April 30, 2014, 6:49 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave private equity-owned cellphone activator Simplexity LLC the nod on Wednesday for its $10 million asset sale to retail giant Wal-Mart Stores Inc., after the debtor resolved objections from Microsoft Corp. over the fate of its software licenses in some of the property for sale.
