FEMA Trailer MDL Plaintiffs Strike Broad Settlement
A putative class of Louisiana residents displaced by hurricanes Katrina and Rita have resolved nearly all claims in multidistrict litigation alleging their emergency trailers contained formaldehyde, an attorney for the plaintiffs said Tuesday.
