No New Trial For Fox Anchor Who Said N-Word, Judge Rules
A former Fox news anchor at a Philadelphia affiliate station who a federal jury in June determined was justly let go after admittedly using the "n-word" during a newsroom meeting had waived his right to a new trial and was not prejudiced anyway, a Pennsylvania federal judge concluded on Tuesday.

A Pennsylvania federal jury ruled Monday that a former anchor for a Philadelphia Fox affiliate who admitted to saying the "n-word" at a meeting in the newsroom did not lose his job on account of reverse racial discrimination.
