No New Trial For Fox Anchor Who Said N-Word, Judge Rules
A former Fox news anchor at a Philadelphia affiliate station who a federal jury in June determined was justly let go after admittedly using the "n-word" during a newsroom meeting had waived his right to a new trial and was not prejudiced anyway, a Pennsylvania federal judge concluded on Tuesday.
