Netflix Fends Off Subscribers In Wal-Mart Antitrust MDL
A California federal judge on Tuesday tossed all claims brought against Netflix Inc. by a class of subscribers in multidistrict litigation accusing Netflix of conspiring with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. to corner the online DVD sales and rental market.
