L'Oreal Dodges Class Cert. Bid In False Ad Suit
A New York federal judge ruled Wednesday that a group of hair salons could not bring classwide false advertising claims against L'Oreal USA Inc. and others, saying consumers' reactions upon learning certain products were not "salon-only" were likely too wide-ranging for certification.
