    Jury Finds Brilliant Infringed GuideTech Patent

    A California federal jury has found that Brilliant Instruments Inc. directly infringed on a patent for the measurement of timing errors in microprocessors with two of its time circuits, but determined that the infringement wasn’t willful, according to a decision filed Thursday.
