    Horizon Settles With Opt-Outs In Shipping Antitrust Action

    Shipping giant Horizon Lines Inc. has reached an almost $14 million settlement with the remaining opt-outs of an antitrust class action that alleged a price-fixing conspiracy for freight services between the U.S. and Puerto Rico, the latest in years of civil and criminal litigation, Horizon said Tuesday.
