    No New Trial For Mexican Playboy Distributor

    A Texas federal judge on Tuesday refused to grant a new trial in Playboy Enterprises Inc.'s suit alleging a Spanish-language distributor violated a licensing agreement with the publisher, saying the defendants' arguments had already been addressed and rejected.
