Whistleblowers Want $9M In Sun Microsystems Kickback Deal
Two whistleblowers whose False Claims Act and kickback suit against Oracle Corp. unit Sun Microsystems Inc. ended in a $46 million settlement with the federal government told an Arkansas federal court Monday that they deserve a $9.3 million cut of the deal.

Oracle, US Can't Strike Down Relators' Sun Kickback Claims
An Arkansas federal judge on Monday rebuffed the federal government and Sun Microsystems Inc.'s efforts to throw out two relators' defective pricing and kickback claims against the Oracle Corp. subsidiary and avoid sharing the government's settlement money with them or paying their attorneys' fees.
