Montana Camo's Price-Fixing Claim Tossed
A federal judge has dismissed an antitrust claim brought against outdoor goods retailer Cabela's Inc. by supplier Montana Camo Inc., saying that Cabela's "underhanded" business tactics do not amount to a violation of competition law or the Lanham Act.
