    EPA Nets $12M For NY Superfund Cleanup

    The city of Newburgh, N.Y., and 17 parties potentially responsible for the contamination of a New York state Superfund site, including IBM Corp. and Northrop Grumman Corp., have agreed to pay the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency more than $12 million to cover part of the cleanup of the site, which is one of the country's most polluted.
