    Tenn. Strip Club Law Doesn't Violate Free Speech: 6th Circ.

    The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a ruling that a Tennessee law regulating the operation of strip clubs in Shelby County is not in violation of the First Amendment, saying the law doesn't unfairly restrict the availability of live adult entertainment in the county.
