LA Four Seasons Wants Arbitration Agreement Nixed
The owner of a Four Seasons hotel in Los Angeles urged a California federal judge on Friday to nix an arbitration agreement it entered into with the Ontario-based Four Seasons Hotels Ltd., saying it only agreed to the pact if a certain judge, who recused himself earlier this month, was involved in the arbitration process.
