    A Pennsylvania federal judge Thursday dismissed claims against college transfer service AcademyOne Inc. by rival CollegeSource Inc. over republishing course catalogs and course information digitized and maintained by the latter company, finding that the usage violated neither trademarks nor contracts governing AcademyOne's subscription service.
