Levits Drops Name To Settle Levitz IP Suit
Levits Furniture Warehouse Corp. agreed Thursday in New York to drop Levits from its name to settle an infringement suit with YA IP Holdings LLC, which owns the trademarks of liquidated Levitz Furniture Corp.
