Sanctions Denied In Graco, Gama Trade Secrets Suit
A New Jersey judge on Thursday denied sanctions all around in Graco Inc.'s trade secrets battle with Gama Machinery USA Inc. over contractual obligations stemming from the sale of a subsidiary, saying Gama's discovery violation allegations were neither supported nor frivolous enough for sanctions.
