A New Jersey judge on Thursday denied sanctions all around in Graco Inc.'s trade secrets battle with Gama Machinery USA Inc. over contractual obligations stemming from the sale of a subsidiary, saying Gama's discovery violation allegations were neither supported nor frivolous enough for sanctions.

A federal judge has kept alive Graco Inc.’s long-running trade secrets, breach of contract and unfair competition suit against rival Gama Machinery USA Inc., a former employee of a Graco subsidiary and others stemming from a 2005 acquisition.
