Blingville Surrenders Suffix In Settlement With Zynga
The developer of online games such as Farmville and Cityville has resolved a trademark dispute with fellow game maker Blingville LLC, which has agreed to not use the -ville suffix in its games, according to an agreement filed in West Virginia federal court on Monday.
