Citing Octane Fitness, a Pennsylvania federal judge granted the University of Pennsylvania attorneys' fees in a patent suit in which he found that Alzheimer's Institute of America Inc. did not own the patent it asserted against the university, saying Monday that AIA's conduct constituted bad faith.
