    Sewage Board, Insurer Settle Coverage Dispute

    A New Orleans municipal body has settled with Lexington Insurance Co. over coverage for third-party liability costs related to a $400 million deal with the U.S. over raw sewage discharges into the Mississippi River and Lake Pontchartrain, according to court papers filed Tuesday in Louisiana.
