    GE Capital Wins $5.4M Contract Dispute Over Loan

    A South Carolina federal judge ruled Wednesday that Bell Aviation Inc. breached an agreement with General Electric Capital Corp. by not immediately repaying GE Capital more than $5.4 million after defaulting on a loan the aircraft dealer used to purchase an airplane.
