A Georgia federal judge on Wednesday certified a class of Delta Air Lines Inc. and AirTran Airways Inc. passengers who allege the airlines colluded to impose baggage fees, ruling potential individualized damages determinations won't preclude resolving antitrust liability on a classwide basis.
