1st Settlement Reached In Deepwater Horizon MDL
Transocean Ltd., BP PLC and Halliburton Co. have reached a deal with the family of one of 11 workers killed in the April explosion on the Deepwater Horizon oil rig, the first settlement in massive multidistrict litigation over the disaster.
