Minnesota-based footwear distributor Ugglebo Clogs LLC has dropped a suit against Deckers Outdoor Corp., the maker of Ugg boots, that alleged Deckers' use of the Ugg brand unfairly hampered its ability to sell its own products.

Ugglebo Clogs LLC, the Minnesota-based distributor of the trademarked Swedish footwear, has hit Deckers Outdoor Corp. with a Lanham Act unfair competition suit over its Ugg-brand clogs.
