    Intuit Wins Trademark Suit Toss After Discovery Wrongs

    A California federal judge threw out an information technology company’s trademark infringement suit against financial software giant Intuit Inc. and others on Wednesday, saying the plaintiff’s relentless discovery violations, including witness tampering and manufacturing evidence, made dismissal the only effective remedy.
