Goodrich To Pay $30M Under EPA Superfund Cleanup Deal
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and aerospace company Goodrich Corp. on Tuesday settled a suit over contaminated soil and groundwater at a California Superfund site where Goodrich produced rocket engines for the U.S. government in a deal under which Goodrich agreed to fund cleanup work for the next 30-plus years that could cost it more than $30 million.

US, Calif. Towns To Get $5.7M For Superfund Cleanup
Several fireworks manufacturers will pay nearly $5.7 million to the U.S. and three California municipalities as reimbursement for cleanup costs due to the companies' groundwater pollution at the B.F. Goodrich Superfund site, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Wednesday.

Judge Won't Let Goodrich Deflect Blame For Superfund Site
A California federal judge on Wednesday shot down Goodrich Corp.'s attempt to pin partial liability on the U.S. government in a Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act dispute over contaminated water, finding the company's summary judgment motion premature.
