OrbusNeich Medical Inc. and Boston Scientific Corp. have agreed to a settlement, ending litigation in both Massachusetts federal court and several European countries over BSC's alleged misappropriation of OMI's patented coronary stent designs during joint venture talks, the companies announced Tuesday.
