3rd Circ. Backs Sprint, T-Mobile In NJ Zoning War
A Third Circuit panel agreed with a federal court on Monday that Paramus, New Jersey, zoning officials had violated the 1996 Telecommunications Act when they denied a bid by Sprint Spectrum LP and a unit of T-Mobile USA Inc. to build a 125-foot monopole to boost local wireless service.
