Hallmark Falls Short In Bid For Court Fees From $31M IP Row
A Missouri federal judge on Wednesday refused to give Hallmark Cards Inc. the more than $519,000 it sought in court fees from its $31 million jury verdict in a trade secrets battle against private equity firm Monitor Clippers Partners LLC, ruling the request's "lack of specificity and clarity" didn't justify the cost.
