6th Circ. Revives Mich. City Official's Wrongful Firing Suit
The Sixth Circuit on Thursday revived a wrongful termination lawsuit against Flint, Mich., filed by the city's former director of transportation, saying the plaintiff's alleged breaches of local court rules were not severe enough to justify a lower court's dismissal of the case for failure to prosecute.
