    Bristol-Myers, Novartis Settle With Teva Over HIV Drug IP

    Pharmaceutical giants Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Novartis Corp. settled a patent dispute with Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. on Monday, ending a consolidated suit over Teva's attempt to introduce a generic version of HIV treatment Reyataz before the drug's patents expire.
