Dish Wants Class Of 9 Million Decertified In False Ad Suit
Dish Network LLC asked a Missouri federal judge on Thursday to decertify a class of 9 million users in a false advertising case who did not receive Fox Sports Net channels in October 2010, saying that the customers failed to present any evidence that their claims had common issues.
