A Missouri federal judge on Wednesday refused to reconsider its decision that Zurich American Insurance Co. had a duty to defend U.S. Engineering Co. in suits over asbestos contamination at a courthouse, saying that an order adding an asbestos exception to the policy did not eliminate the duty to defend.
