Honeywell International Inc. has agreed to pay around $1.6 million to Terris Pravlik & Millian LLP for the firm's post-judgment work on a citizen suit against Honeywell to compel the remediation of chromium-contaminated soil, according to an order released Tuesday.

A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday awarded more than $2.2 million in attorneys' fees to a community organization that sued Honeywell International Inc. and others in a heavily-litigated cleanup of chromium-contaminated soil, water and homes stretching back more than 15 years.
