A Colorado federal judge on Thursday declined to dismiss a putative collective action accusing Pizza Hut Inc. of stiffing delivery drivers on auto expense reimbursements, but trimmed a claim that the company had violated the minimum wage laws of several states.

A federal judge has tossed all claims in a proposed class action that accuses Pizza Hut Inc. of failing to reimburse its delivery drivers for automobile costs, uniform purchases and other job-related expenses in violation of federal and state labor laws.
