    Two companies that operate an Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar in North Dakota agreed Thursday to pay $1 million to resolve the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's proposed class action alleging female employees were sexually harassed by a former restaurant manager.
