    Novartis, Roxane Settle Famvir Dispute

    Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. and Roxane Laboratories Inc. have agreed to settle a New Jersey suit accusing the generics maker of infringing three Novartis patents in an effort to release a form of the herpes treatment Famvir, according to documents filed Monday.
