A Pennsylvania judge on Wednesday nixed Best Medical International Inc.'s infringement claims against four ex-workers who allegedly stole trade secrets used in the creation of Accuray Inc.'s cancer treatment system in violation of employment agreements.

Accuray Inc. and four employees have been hit with a consolidated lawsuit by rival medical device maker Best Medical Inc. that alleges they stole trade secrets and infringed a patent in the development of cancer treatment technology.
