Best Medical Sues Ex-Workers, Accuray Over Patent
Accuray Inc. and four employees have been hit with a consolidated lawsuit by rival medical device maker Best Medical Inc. that alleges they stole trade secrets and infringed a patent in the development of cancer treatment technology.
