Steel buyers have struck a $30 million settlement with steel producers Nucor Corp., Steel Dynamics and SSAB Swedish Steel Corp. to resolve claims they engaged in a conspiracy to manipulate the supply and price of steel products, according to a filing in Illinois federal court Monday.
