Grain Co., EPA Settle Iron Plant Emissions Suit
Zen-Noh Grain Corp. and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency have settled a suit alleging the agency failed to enforce the Clean Air Act regarding permits issued by Louisiana for a proposed $3.4 billion iron manufacturing facility next to Zen-Noh property, the EPA said Wednesday.
