    Iberia Dodges Passengers' Class Action Over Flight Delays

    An Illinois federal judge on Wednesday junked a proposed breach-of-contract class action in which Iberia Lineas Aereas de Espana SA passengers sought damages for flight delays, finding that a European Union regulation providing for such compensation didn't apply in the United States.
