CORRECTED: Judge Won't Revisit GE's Liability In MRI Patent Suit
In a suit over a University of Virginia patent covering three-dimensional imaging technology, a federal judge has reaffirmed his opinion that General Electric Co. cannot be held liable for any alleged infringement that occurred before the patent was re-examined. (A previous version of this article incorrectly described the scope of the summary judgment ruling.)
