    Toyota, Nummi Pay $6M To Settle Disabled Workers' Suit

    Toyota Motor Corp. and New United Motor Manufacturing Inc. agreed Thursday to pay $6 million to settle a discrimination class action brought in California federal court by disabled autoworkers who claimed they were denied severance pay after an auto plant closed.
