    Memphis To Make $250M In Sewer Repairs To End EPA Suit

    Memphis, Tenn., has agreed to make roughly $250 million in repairs to eliminate raw-sewage overflow from its sewer systems, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Monday, revealing the city would also pay a $1.29 million penalty to resolve a Clean Water Act suit.
