A D.C. federal court on Monday sided with a charter cruise company in its suit against the Canadian government over a CA$54 million ($52.2 million) contract to provide lodging for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, finding Canada breached its agreement to pay all taxes imposed on the cruise lines.
