RICO Suit Over Sanofi Antibiotic Should Be Tossed, Judge Says
A New York magistrate judge on Monday recommended the dismissal of a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuit alleging Sanofi-Aventis US LLP fraudulently marketed antibiotic Ketek by misrepresenting the drug's safety and effectiveness, saying the plaintiffs offered insufficient evidence to support their claims.
