A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Wednesday that Quincy Mutual Fire Insurance Co. must reimburse Harleysville Insurance Co. of New Jersey $1.1 million for a settlement over an injured construction worker, in addition to paying Harleysville back for the costs of defending the action.
